Where we deliver

We deliver to Canada’s thirteen provinces and territories. Standard Shipping is CAD 0.00 and has no order-value threshold.

Delivery information

Review the delivery details presented for your order before purchase and keep the confirmation. Contact us before ordering if you need further delivery information for your destination.

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, tell us at support@necessairelab.shop. Any mandatory cancellation, refund or other delivery remedy is preserved.

Processing, transit and delivery estimates

Order preparation and carrier transit are separate stages. Consult any delivery estimate supplied for your order before purchase. No fixed processing or transit period is stated in this policy. If no estimate is shown, contact us with your destination before ordering for current delivery information; do not assume a guaranteed arrival date.

Tracking and delivery problems

Check the shipment information supplied with your order for a tracking link, if provided. If you have not received shipment information, or a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, contact us with your order number and any tracking number. We will check the shipment status and explain the available next steps. Do not publish or send full payment-card details.

Cancelling or changing an order

Email support@necessairelab.shop with your order number and requested change as soon as possible. We will check whether fulfilment can still be stopped or changed and confirm the outcome. A request alone does not confirm cancellation. If an order is cancelled before shipment after payment has been taken, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method promptly after confirming cancellation. This is separate from the 10-calendar-day period for receiving and inspecting a returned item. If the parcel has already shipped, contact us about the return or exchange process. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
